Between May 25 and 30, 2025, a team of researchers and a student from CEDENNA actively participated in the International Workshop on Spintronics (Spin Galápagos 2025), held at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, on its beautiful San Cristóbal Campus, located in the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador.

During the event, Dr. Pedro Landeros gave a distinguished guest talk entitled “The toroidal moments in confined nanomagnets and their impact on magnonics,” in which he discussed in depth the role of toroidal moments in confined nanomagnets and their relevance to the field of magnonics.
